Whilst we recognise the anxiety the markets can put investors through, we remain energised about what we’re building and wanted to take a moment to share a positive update.

From day one, we have remained laser focused on development and scaling, with unwavering dedication and long term commitment. When AuraVision is deployed at scale, it will be driven by real world demand from clients, and that demand will require $LEDGER.

While we are not yet in a position to share the finer details, development meetings yesterday brought meaningful clarity around timelines for integrating AuraVision into a new industry client and taking the product to market. This represents a significant step forward as we transition from a pure build phase into a revenue driven stage of the business. We are not distracted by market volatility and remain laser focused on building a household name AI company.

Some projects build AI that exists only within crypto. Trading bots, yield optimisation, on chain analytics. Useful, but confined to markets and speculation.

Here are some of our 2025 highlights.

We built, demonstrated, and shipped the very first AuraVision devices, taking the platform from concept to real world deployment.

Beta client FRS acquired their first batch of $LEDGER tokens, we continue to build on our great relationship with Mike and his team and look forward to updating more at a later stage.

We brought the team together twice, first in New York and then in Florida, creating strong alignment as we planned the next phase of growth.

We welcomed a strong group of new investors across both the company and the LedgerAI token, strengthening our long term foundation.

We recruited our first full time team members, Liam and Raf, taking positions of Managing Director of Investor Relations and VP of Clinical AI & Engineering respectively, alongside interns Louis and Lucas.

Healthcare has emerged as one of our most promising verticals, with clear opportunity in the short, mid, and long term.

We successfully raised the funding required to reach this build stage. The next capital milestones are focused on scaling the company and supporting the continued growth of the token ecosystem.

We enter 2026 with real momentum, proud of what has been achieved, and confident that as progress at the company level continues, it will translate into long term value for our community.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Rafael Cabello has joined LedgerAI as VP of Clinical AI & Engineering.

Rafael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston in biomedical and medical engineering, before earning his doctorate in osteopathic medicine at UNT Health Fort Worth. Most recently, he served as Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at CHI St Luke’s Health in Houston, Texas.

Beyond his medical career, Rafael has been instrumental in shaping AuraVision, contributing to both software development and refining our hardware products through his engineering expertise and hands-on experience in 3D printing.

His unique blend of medical and engineering knowledge will be crucial as LedgerAI accelerates its integration within healthcare and scales AuraVision to meet the needs of this vital sector.

2026 Strategy
