I run a Monad mainnet node. I spent a week remeasuring the FastLane auction, then measured chain-wide priority fees off every receipt.

MEV Pulse is useful. I pulled a day of their GraphQL and it sits in the same range as my counts. This is not a nobody-has-measured-this post.

payBidOnFail was false on every submission. A losing bid only costs gas.

The average loser declared about 40x what the average winner paid. Searchers declared 3.0M MON and actually paid 407k MON. If you treat declared bid volume as demand, that number is cheap to inflate.

Chúng ta cũng phải thừa nhận thị trường crypto là sân chơi mạo hiểm - mỗi người tham gia dường như đều sẵn sàng chấp nhận rủi ro.

Vì thế, bài học đầu tiên cần khắc ghi là:
👉 Chỉ đầu tư số tiền bạn có thể chấp nhận mất.

Cũng chính vì thế chúng ta vẫn mắc những sai lầm trong suốt quá trình đó FOMO, tham lam, nghĩ kiếm tiền dễ, vì vào lúc chu kỳ sóng tăng nhìn những con số nhảy múa hàng ngày là một niềm vui.

Sau chu kỳ giảm trước, tác giả @0xleegenz may mắn chốt được chút lợi nhuận, nhưng vẫn mất hơn 70% danh mục ATH vì các token game và cú sập của #Luna.

Trải nghiệm đó để lại những bài học xương máu và hy vọng chúng sẽ hữu ích cho anh em 👇

1️⃣ Người hiểu đủ sẽ là người kiếm được nhiều nhất
Lãi chưa chốt chỉ là con số trên màn hình.
Rất nhiều người “toang” vì không biết take profit đúng lúc.
Đừng để lòng tham khiến bạn mất hết - lợi nhuận là lợi nhuận, dù ít hay nhiều.

2️⃣ FOMO là kẻ kết liễu bạn
FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) là kẻ thù lớn nhất trong đầu tư.
Nếu không cưỡng được #FOMO, hãy chỉ dùng 1% vốn để test.
Nếu muốn vào thêm nữa thì hãy DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) hợp lý nhưng đừng mù quáng.

3️⃣ Chuyển lợi nhuận về $BTC hoặc $ETH
Hãy nhớ: mọi “trend” hay “narrative” đều được cá mập tạo ra để lấy BTC và ETH từ tay bạn.
Khi có lãi, hãy chốt 50% lợi nhuận để chuyển về BTC hoặc ETH - đó là cách bạn “neo” mình với thị trường.
Sẽ có lúc, chỉ cần hold hai tài sản này thôi cũng đủ ăn cả chu kỳ.

4️⃣ Đừng quên đời thực (IRL)
Nghe có vẻ đơn giản, nhưng bạn chỉ thật sự có lời khi tiền về tài khoản ngân hàng.
Tôi thường rút 25% lợi nhuận sang fiat để mua món mình thích hoặc chăm lo cho gia đình.

5️⃣ Đừng DCA với Memecoin
DCA là chiến lược tốt, nhưng không áp dụng với #memecoin.
Nếu muốn mua, hãy chỉ vào một lần và nếu có mua thêm, hãy mua đúng giá entry ban đầu.
Việc “đu đỉnh” hoặc “mua dốc” chỉ khiến bạn bị cuốn theo cảm xúc và thua lỗ.

6️⃣ Đừng bỏ hết trứng vào một giỏ
Nếu bạn từng nghe chuyện ai đó bị bị rút sạch tài sản ở ví trong một đêm, thì hiểu ngay lý do rồi đó.

Hãy phân chia tài sản ra nhiều ví với các mục đích khác nhau:
> Ví chính (Vault / CEX / Ledger)
> Ví Altcoin
> Ví DeFi
> Ví NFT
> Ví Memecoin

Cách này giúp bạn kiểm soát rủi ro tốt hơn và tránh ra quyết định cảm tính, như bán altcoin để đu theo meme chẳng hạn.

Đừng để công sức tích lũy suốt bao năm “về 0” chỉ vì không biết quản lý vốn.

This reminded me of something and I laughed about it;

Let me tell you all a short story.

In 2020, I jumped into crypto with my entire six-month salary. Lost it all on futures.

From 2021 to 2022, I was just grinding as a trader, no Twitter, only Telegram.

It was a wild learning curve. Back then, you could buy a random coin and in two days be up 100x, Juld, Safemar,Safemoon, all those plays.

I grabbed $SHIB at the bottom on Hotbit. Told me friends: “stack $50 every week, this looks like a runner.” Fast forward two months in Elon tweets, hype explodes, people around me made crazy gains.

Some sold early, some held. I moved my own stack of around 800B SHIB off Hotbit, and at one point it was worth over $8M. Till today, I can’t find the wallet. Gone.

Through the bear market, I kept searching for that phrase but never found it. At some point, I just left it behind. That era pushed me onto Twitter.

I started showing up in projects, some dropped stimmy, some disappointed, some sidelined us.

Still, we survived. No competition, just trying to scrape something out. Out of 10 projects, we’d win 7 and lose 3, and for every loss was a note taken.

Then Celestia came. Running that node was my first real breakthrough (~10,500 $TIA). I stacked about $130k, sold most around $17 average. Big win. Dym followed, and the alpha with the boys was staking across wallets. Everyone was happy. I personally pulled about $50k, we unstaked, moved on.

ZkSync rolled in and I made close to $90k. I'm only noting the wins with high 5 and 6, there are many low 5s.

Then STRK dropped with a technical unexpected playbook(not the random swap most were doing). If you’ve done airdrops long enough, you know the randomness which is; you and someone else run the same strategy, one qualifies, the other doesn’t. That’s just how the game is. I still cleared around $120k from STRK.

Eigen followed. A mix of low five, high five, and smaller wins, all compounding. My Twitter grew from 3k to 150k. I wasn’t even networking, just focused on making money and minding my lane.

Looking back, I realize I should have connected more, but at the time survival was everything. Cumulatively, from airdrops alone, I cleared over $600k from just a few projects and almost x2 trading alone.

Losses? Present.
Farms that rugged, trades that bled, and also memes that died. That’s part of the game, especially when you’re not an insider.

Out of every 10 protocols people hype, half will disappoint. That’s why conviction matters. Some chase crumbs everywhere, some max-bid 1 to 5 plays. If two click, you’re suddenly staring at 6–7 figures.

In my case, that’s exactly what happened. You probably wouldn’t believe the things I own IRL today, purely off investment but hahaha that’s for another day. I'm soo deep in this moving out looks meaningless

One thing I’ll say: no matter how much you make, let it change your life. Do the things you’ve always wanted. Make money,I mean, make hella money.

Because he who owns just a single cloth avoids the rain.

Don’t let the wins make you reckless, and don’t let the losses make you bitter.

The market pays those who can balance patience with aggression. Stack, learn, and keep moving.
