You are missing the point.
He was born here. He doesn't know any other country other than the UK as home.
We have millions of people born here of all different colours and races. That doesn't mean we can send people to countries for the colour of their skin.
His parents, that's a different question. Because I'm sure they were not born here. So they could have their citizenship removed.

True British people have welcomed all races to the UK. The UK is one of the strongest countries to accept everyone who is vetted.
But, there is a line when someone crosses our generosity. Those who have ill intentions are not welcome. I also believe the animal was born in the UK.
This comes down to bad parenting and guidance.
