You're using the controversy surrounding Webull to promote a transfer bonus, wrapping your marketing campaign in a "proudly American" narrative.

Let's establish some facts.

Webull Financial LLC is a U.S.-operated brokerage, registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA.

Webull has stated that its U.S. operations are based in Florida and New York, that American customer data is stored in the United States, and that access to sensitive customer information is controlled from the U.S.

And since we're talking about protecting American retail investors, let's revisit January 28, 2021.

Remember when Robinhood restricted purchases of $GME and $AMC during one of the biggest retail trading events in HISTORY?

Retail investors were prevented from opening new positions while closing transactions remained available. Your company subsequently faced extensive litigation and lawsuits.

Robinhood's role in that controversy is well documented. Everyone here on fintwit knows what I'm talking about.

Now you're presenting yourselves as champions of everyday American investors while using another brokerage's controversy to attract customers? Nobody has forgotten has you guys did in 2021, how many people you screwed over.

Lecturing investors about financial freedom when your own platform previously restricted their ability to buy stocks is astonishingly hypocritical.

Nothing screams “we're afraid of Webull's competition” louder than trying to capitalize on negative headlines to litterally lure their customers away.

If you can't beat the competition, exploit the controversy.
