Here are updates on the winter storm that will occur tomorrow evening.

• A Snow Emergency will go into effect on Sunday, February 22 at 4 p.m.

• @PhiladelphiaGov Offices and Courts are CLOSED on Monday, February 23.

• @PHLschools buildings will be closed but will operate with virtual learning on Monday, February 23.

• Trash and recycling will be on a two day delay, rear driveway collection suspended

• Two melters will be brought in to assist with clearing effort.

• At the peak of the storm, we will have over 1,000 personnel and 800 pieces of equipment on duty.

• We are going to do sidewalks, pedestrian passages, and ADA ramps. A major city led effort with support from Same Day Work and Pay workers.
