Hey I am using the Jio Airfiber for 2 years but the Jio Join (For calling) keeps failing this isn't service I expect from such a reputed brand please fix it

@JioCare It's not working I tried the Jio App,Calling toll free helpline etc but none of them is giving options to reschedule or cancel the service request

@JioCare Actually whenever I connect to Jio Airfiber and try to call using Jio Join it says "Please connect to Jio Airfiber and register for initiating calls ". so when I do reboot my Airfiber and re-register it works for 1-2 calls then the same problem comes again
