@WestJet Maybe consider allowing us who had to use travel bank because of previously cancelled trips make changes online. This might reduce lots of calling. I still need to change my flight for Sunday. Day 3 and after 12 hours of holding yesterday I got cut off. I have sent DM’s

@WestJet I’m still on hold - not sure what hour. My callback will be the same day I am suppose to leave and it needs to be changed. I know it’s a pandemic and appreciate this is international but hopefully I get someone and dont time out after 3 hours like this morning.
