@dmn79e @AmericanAir Yeah so my sister and her boyfriend went a couple days ahead of me bc the flight was so expensive so I decided to book a flight I could afford which was still very expensive after working 60 hour weeks for the last 2 months to save for this trip and now have 2 days wasted. 😭

@AmericanAir my whole trip to Paris is delayed 48 hours and yall could not give me a uber voucher to go home. Agents in Rochester ny need to actually care it sucks when Im about to cry and have a breakdown in the airport.

@dmn79e @AmericanAir I’m so sorry all traveling situations suck. I have been delayed before in us city to city. But Paris for me is such a big trip planned. 😭 I already took off work, booked my dog into a kennel had airport pick up arranged museum ticket 🎟️ and missing out 1 day on my hotel.

@AmericanAir I’m sorry but if your service agents are helping someone at the counter they should focus on helping that passenger that clearly needs to catch there flight. I usually fly southwest and I guess I need to stick with them. Very very upset with #americanairlines
