Let me explain women’s biology to you that your MOTHER wouldn’t teach you.

Women cannot survive by strength. So nature gave them a different survival trick: fit in or die.

They don't have a truth filter. They have a SAFETY filter.

A man hears an idea and thinks: "Is this true or false?"
A woman hears an idea and thinks: "If I say this, will other women still like me? Will I be cancelled? Will I be alone?"

Belonging matters to women more than truth. Always.

That's why mass media owns them.

You put the same slogan on every TV, every TikTok, every Instagram ad - "girlboss," "finding myself," divorce glow "you don't need a family," "freeze your eggs"

and her brain thinks it's REAL because every woman is saying it.

You don't need to convince her with evidence. You just need to make her think EVERYONE ELSE already believes it.

She will swallow any lie if it makes her feel included.

Tell her being a single mother at 35 with a corporate job is empowerment and she'll clap, even while she's on antidepressants and crying herself to sleep.

Tell her being a wife at 20 with 3 kids is oppression, and she'll laugh at her own mother.

The media doesn't win by being right. It wins by making her scared to be LEFT OUT!!!

Real intellectual independence requires the ability to stand alone and defend yourself when the whole crowd turns on you. That kind of courage is built on physical strength. Only a mind that knows it can survive outside the herd dares to ask:

"Is it true - even if everyone says it's false?"

Only men can do that.

Today fills my heart with deep joy as I welcome my son, Asake, back home to Ile-Ife. This sacred land is where he spent many of his formative years, moulded by hard work, discipline, and quiet determination.

Zlatan invited his secondary school classmates to a 3 days reunion he hosted in respect of his 31st birthday.

He has been with them in the GC despite being one of the most famous people in the entertainment industry and Nigeria at large.
Zero discrimination, everyone was comfortable and didn’t have to see him as a “boss” or a “celebrity” in that moment.

He went for a show in Ibadan and came back to join them on the 3rd day.

Some of you suddenly develop memory loss as soon as life favors you. You exit GCs and end friendships you have built for years just because life has put you in a better position.

All of a sudden, your trying friends are no longer on your level. You only want to network upward instead of sideways. You don’t want to associate with your Day 1 friends again because apparently, they are not on the same level as you anymore.

Former poor people do this a lot. You’ll think they have not experienced poverty themselves. There’s this disdain they have for their struggling friends as soon as they touch good money. You no longer want to hang out with your “friends” because they are not ballers, or because they can’t spend like you. You ridicule them because the last time you went out together, you paid their bills.

These same people will go to the club and buy drinks for random girls they just met just to impress. They spend around big boys to get into their cliques but one thing you don’t know is that, those big boys see it as famzing. You can never be one of the boys you didn’t build with.

I want to tell you that, that is not a way to live life.
If life dey favor you, no reason your friends wey dey try their best less. You are doing well today doesn’t mean your friends will struggle forever. Life has a crazy sense of humor.

These are 15 popular reasons for permanent resident application refusals (or requests for additional docs or PFLs) we've seen lately:

1) Claiming points for work experience that you had at the time of a prior Canadian visa application but failed to declare, especially when no reasonable justification is provided for the earlier omission.

2) Claiming educational credentials (degrees or diplomas) that you already held at the time of a prior Canadian visa application but failed to declare, especially when no reasonable justification is provided for why they were omitted.

3) Insufficient proof of funds: submitting funds from unrecognized financial institutions, providing bank balances below the required minimum, presenting fraudulent or questionable financial documents, or, specifically for Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applicants, failing to include proof of funds under the assumption that it is unnecessary simply because they are already in Canada.

4) Document Mismatch: For example, uploading a passport-style photograph in place of an international passport, submitting a job offer letter instead of an employment reference letter, and other instances where the document provided does not match the document requested.

5) Expired Police Certificate: Submitting a police certificate that expired before the application submission date.

6) Missing Proof of Relationship: Submitting unrecognized religious marriage certificates, instead of government-issued or government-approved marriage certificates.

7) Submitting a permanent residence application while not holding a valid or maintained status in Canada. This applies to individuals applying from within Canada who are already out of status.

8) NOC Mismatch: Choosing the wrong National Occupation Classification (NOC), with submitted documents that do not align with the duties and descriptions of the selected NOC. For more guidance, refer to official resources on selecting the correct NOC at https://t.co/zha7XAPlDN

9) Insufficient proof of work experience: For example, when there is no traceable or verifiable employer presence, it raises concerns about the authenticity of the work experience or the legitimacy of the employer. Leading to additional document requests.

10) Employer work experience letters that do not meet IRCC’s specifications or are missing required information. For more details, see the “Proof of Work Experience” section at https://t.co/kIv1S2mEeV

11) Inability to provide evidence that previous work experience was remunerated, such as missing salary account statements, payslips, or tax records.

While the reference letter is the only mandatory document listed on the IRCC website, visa officers are increasingly requesting additional proof of payment to verify the experience.

12) Not disclosing past visa refusals or bans from other countries.

13) Making changes to NOC selections or other key information in your Express Entry profile before receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Please note that visa officers have access to your previous NOC selections and any changes to your profile. If you make any changes, ensure you have a clear and convincing explanation for why the change was made.

14) Making changes to your Express Entry profile after receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Changes that are often flagged include modifying your NOC, updating key employer details (such as company names), job titles, or work durations, and any information that can significantly affect your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score and/or potentially lower it below the cut-off for your round of invitation when recalculated.

15) Public profiles that do not match the information in your Express Entry profile. Some visa officers may review LinkedIn or other professional profiles to verify that your application details align with publicly available information.

Two extra things to note:

16) Overlapping employment periods: some candidates claim to have worked multiple jobs simultaneously, sometimes totaling 80 hours or more per week. While this may be possible in certain cases, visa officers often view it with suspicion, especially if one of the jobs is in a category-based occupation. If this applies to you, ensure you have a convincing explanation supported by verifiable evidence.

17) Fake/fraudulent language test results (increasingly getting common for French language tests) = 5-year ban.

Overall, remember, it is your responsibility as an applicant to be truthful in your application and to provide sufficient documentation to support any claims you make.
