@NikeCanada just visited your Eaton centre location. They are a franchise now. The velcro straps on my Nike shoes won’t stay closed anymore and they are just one year old tomorrow. Store told me they can’t do anything. Nike is supposed to have two year replacement warranty. Help!

@Uber your customer service is terrible. I’ve complained three times now about pasta I ordered which arrived cold, 45 mins after being picked up from the restaurant. All I get is we are working to fix this problem in the future. Yet I spend $25 on cold pasta?? How is that fair.
