Challenge the athletes you coach daily and hold them accountable and to a high standard. However, don’t disrespect them, never make it personal, and communicate openly and effectively.

In the future your players will be spouses, parents, and leaders in the work place and in their community. You are showing them every day what leadership should (and shouldn’t) look like.
