August 31 is #InternationalOverdoseAwarenessDay. The aim is to raise awareness of overdoses, reduce the stigma and #EndOverdose related deaths. The #AndoverMA Police want to acknowledge the grief felt by families and friends who have lost a love one as a result of drug overdose.
