@Renaissance1827 @lps259 Tipp: Drink your Calories.. especially Oat Drinks or Soja Drinks ( i like Vanilla Alpro ) have many Calories :) And are yummy too!
They don't have as much as Drinks like Fresubin what are extra for gaining Weight, but at least taste good lol
