@DoorDash_Help my dinner order was for entree that came with fries and one (required) side. I got the side and the entree, but no fries. BUT there's no way to specify this snafu on your website 'help' form. How do I get refunded for the part of my dinner that didn't show up?

@DoorDash_Help Why should the customer have to pay for food that is made wrong? Why should a customer have to pay for food that is a half an hour late because the driver was incompetent? Why should we have to pay for orders that are missing items? Your “support” is terrible and dismissive!!
@DoorDash_Help I tried to contact you last night. The person who brought me my food wasn’t the person in the picture and needed me to type in the code on their phone . Not safe at all and shouldn’t need to touch there phone I don’t know where it’s been. Figure it out
