@SarahGirlTwits Hi! How did you get your reschedule sorted? Our NZ23 flight tonight was cancelled & they're still not giving us an update. Been on hold for over 4 hrs now. Did they bump you to the Wed 7:15pm flight?

@FlyAirNZ @_heleali It has now been over 7 hours since you cancelled our flight. I have called, Facebook messaged, and twitter DM'd you with our booking info to no avail. We need an update on when we will be flying!
