Meet #NiloufarHamedi and #ElahehMohammadi the two women responsible for breaking Mahsa’s story to the world.

Niloufar tweeted Mahsa’s hospital pictures to the world, which subsequently set the Iranian people off on what has now been 10 months of unyielding anti-establishment protests calling for the end of the regime.

Elahe reported on Mahsa’s funeral and the following deliberate attacks by the government on funeral mourners.

They now face a false trials on charges of “collaborating with foreign governments” all for simply doing their jobs as journalists.

These two women showed the true face of the regime to the world, and the regime knows it. Now the regime is trying to quietly lock them up to desperately save face. But they can never lock this revolution away ever again.

Freedom of the press is a basic human right. Free these women now.
