Extremely disappointed with the services at Thakurganj Branch (Branch Code:03013). The ATM is non-functional most of the time & branch staff is completely unhelpful.
Please resolve this issue immediately.

The ATM at Thakurganj Branch (Code: 03013) is frequently out of service. Staff at the branch offer no proper response or support regarding this issue.
Kindly fix the ATM urgently & address the poor customer service.

मौलाना तौसीफ़ रज़ा बरेली आए थे। वापस बिहार लौटते समय ट्रेन में उनका झगड़ा हुआ, उन्हें पीटा गया और ट्रेन से फेंक दिया गया, जहाँ उनकी मौत हो गई....

जबकि रेलवे का कहना है कि यह एक एक्सीडेंट था, लेकिन परिवार ने इस दावे को पूरी तरह खारिज कर दिया है।

मौलाना की वाइफ तबस्सुम ने कहा, “वे उन्हें चोर कह रहे थे और उन पर चोरी का इल्ज़ाम लगा रहे थे.....उन्होंने वीडियो कॉल पर अपनी किताबें और बैग दिखाकर कहा, ‘मैं चोर नहीं हूं, मैं मदरसे में पढ़ाता हूं....’

मैंने कॉल पर लोगों से उनकी मदद की गुहार भी लगाई, लेकिन किसी ने नहीं सुना....

मौलाना की वाइफ ने बताया कि उन्होंने अपने फोन पर यह हमला लाइव देखा
“मैंने उन्हें कॉलर से खींचते, थप्पड़ मारते और पीटते हुए देखा....यह बहुत खौफनाक मंज़र था....”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह कोई अचानक हुआ हादसा नहीं था, बल्कि इसके पीछे साजिश होने का शक है....

(1/2) I haven't received my ATM card yet. On tracking it is showing delivered but it hasn't been given to me yet. It arrived on 29th November. Please investigate why it hasn't been given for so many days. Action should be taken.

@IndiaPostOffice First look at the parcel, it has the correct and clear address written on it. If the postman tells you any lie to save himself then it is just the negligence of the postman and nothing else.

Jirangachh whatever parcels I get, they don't deliver them. They don't receive calls when called. They act arbitrarily. Their behaviour with customers is also not good.
Please take this issue seriously and solve it.

मेरा ATM कार्ड मुझे अभी तक नही मिला है ट्रैक करने पर डिलीवर्ड दिखा रहा है 4 दिसंबर को ही आ गया है कृपया जांच कीजिए इतना दिन से क्यों नही दिया गया है कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए
