So ASS got buffed & nerfed at the same time. I wanted to make a video using ASS and that message popped up saying “Cannot use on public or high-speed roads.” Welp that sucks, cant even use ASS in my own neighborhood @Tesla_AI 🫠
@Zafir88538734@3lectricBrawl Requires no installation. Most homes have a laundry room that leads to the garage. I have my own home and used this method until my outlet was installed in the garage on its own 50-amp breaker.
@zekramu I can’t tell if this is a serious question. If it is Teslas are great, charging at home is the way to go with saving the most vs gas. FSD is another major feature that is amazing, the whole expierence is incomparable. Go Demo a Tesla they just hand you the key for 30mins
@3lectricBrawl@Zafir88538734 This plugs into the 240V outlet that the dryer is plugged into, and now you can charge at Level 2 without installing a separate 240V outlet. Caution: Use only one at a time. I used an adapter like this for a little while until I installed a 240V outlet in the garage.
My wife uses it all the time. She loves FSD on her HW3, but you just have to be attentive, hence the (supervised) part. They’re not worlds apart tbh; one is just smoother and better trained on edge cases, but v14 lite should close the gap hopefully. I’ll test it when it hits her car to compare.
