Last night, the US military invaded a quiet residential neighborhood in Pasadena for a “training exercise” that went until 1AM. Mayor Victor Gordo didn’t inform residents until right before and supposedly the military didn’t tell the city until yesterday
Mehdi Hasan: "Trump wouldn't have let little Patrick Bet-David into the country"
PBD: "You are so funny."
Mehdi low-key violated him on his own podcast.

Kratos' dialogue sounds hard because unlike the rest of the insufferable cast, he speaks in a completely different fashion. For one, his dialogue isn't written like he just came out of a New York pizza joint / LA club and comedy bar trying to impress the 3 people watching his IRL livestream
"Resident Evil: Requiem is the best-selling game of the year so far in the United States, according to sales data tracked by Circana."
"The main protagonist in Resident Evil 9 (officially titled Resident Evil: Requiem) is Grace Ashcroft. She is an FBI technical analyst and the daughter of Resident Evil Outbreak survivor Alyssa Ashcroft."
Patrick Bet-David: "I have a local doctor I want you to go see, he specializes in TDS."
Me: "I have a guy who is a psychologist and he deals with cult members and I think he'd do well well with you guys who can't get out of the Trump cult."
Patrick: "You're so funny."
I clashed with @patrickbetdavid over his refusal to criticize Trump, especially on Iran, the economy, imperialism, Netanyahu, and more:
never forget how the US used agent orange during the Vietnam War: sprayed on civillians, contaminating land, damaging ecosystems, and generations later kids are still born with disabilities linked to dioxin exposure. The US never issued a formal apology and paid compensation
KIRIAKOU: “The Israelis have always spied on the United States.”
THEO: “Do we spy on them also?”
KIRIAKOU: “No, that's written in stone at the CIA.”
THEO: “Why can't we spy on them?”
KIRIAKOU: “It's a political decision that's been made in the White House.”
I once again need to remind people that you’re not raising green flags by saying this stuff. You’re raising red ones.
“Character who came out of nowhere actually beat the ass of the Protagonist who just killed Zeus and had all these godly powers, this is GREAT!”
This has never felt great for any story, and no, the fact that it happened off screen doesn’t lessen how badly that idea sounds.
It reeks of pet character syndrome, of the all powerful DM NPC who can do no wrong. ESPECIALLY since she did so much lore wise.
I liked Faye for her ability to understand and guide Kratos. If she can fight, neat, but we gotta stop this whole “job the old to gas up the new” trend in writing. It just makes people annoyed.
