His timeline wasn't cautious; it was reckless. Dangerous and volatile.

Usually December deployments require complete freeze from November 15th through January 8th

Not with this guy.

He was planning critical system updates during peak retail season

Faster than our Change Advisory Board could document the risks

It was efficient but completely irresponsible.
