Scores of Indian journalists (55 in total) flew to #Israel for conflict coverage, yet only a handful made it to #Manipur to cover the ethnic bloodshed.
Priorities in media, right? ๐ค
#WeThePress will continue to keep a keen eye on such issues.

Hi Anand,
We hear you.
This is a type of #MediaBias where outlets jump on to report similar news when something is trending, often referred to as "Bandwagon Bias"/"Trend-Chasing Bias."
In such scenarios, Media outlets often favour trending topics over other significant stories!
Editors at news outlets to reporters right now: "Dog attacks trending, bring every dog bite story you can find!"
Editors to newsdesk: "Every dog bite story should be linked to the death of Mr Parag Desai and use pictures of packs of ferocious looking dogs".

What media houses like #SkyNews conveniently ignore is that she was taken hostage along with many others possibly including her husband (Oded Lipschitz as per unconfirmed reports).
Interviewing really old hostages who have endured long days of horror is the most inhumane thing to do. Also, highlighting the "niceties" of #Hamas when there are enough pieces of evidence showcasing their utmost violence is ethically wrong.
How can she blame the Hamas for ill-treatment when 100s of others are still stuck as hostages?
