@Delta My in-laws had their flight from ATL to Israel cancelled last week without any notification. Didn't find out until check in. They rebooked with a connection through CDG that was missed due to delayed landing. Had to cancel trip and fly home. Please help make things right

@Delta First reply mentioned sending a DM to have someone resolve, but all communication has been public. Happy to provide confirmation numbers, sky miles account, and full history via DM
@Delta I would expect better customer service from a company the size of Delta. It should not have taken a full week to reach someone, and quite honestly it only seems you have replied because I was airing frustration publicly on here
@Delta How can this be escalated. As I mentioned, they have spent the past week trying to get someone at Delta to assist. I am trying to help them now since their prior requests have fallen on deaf ears.
