Rents been the same for 10+ yrs, I’ve supported improvements they wanted to make via a contribution to costs or a reduction in rent. They’ve a secure affordable home and I have someone who cares for & maintains my asset.

@TheMrLoophole Smart motorways also respond to air pollution. Therefore if an area is experiencing high levels of pollution it will slow traffic down until the level recedes back to a safe figure. At least that’s what I learnt on my speed awareness course 🙈.
