@Johnyalamo@CityOfDallas We sure no one didn’t embezzle something somewhere again? You mention the surplus several years ago, hmm I think that was about the time the mayor decided he was Republican after reelection, and hasn’t been as vocal and present as he once was, is he still even the mayor?
@KRLD If there’s this big of a budget deficit this year, how does it not just snowball out of control in the coming years.
This mostly falls on the mayor, who since bamboozaling the public and becoming a Republican hasn’t really been present except when it comes to “Yall street”
@turo Since going back and forth with your lackluster customer service agents in April got me no where and I was unable to successfully contact anyone higher up about the matter, maybe this will get someone to reach out to a guest who’s been using the platform since May 2017
@KINGGGE_ Was the platform correct for siding with the host in saying the additional charges were valid or should the host have been held accountable for not following the host T&C?
@KINGGGE_ Recently a car share platform charged me an additional day for the late return of a vehicle. I knew I was running late so I let the host know, no reply. When it was looking like I’d be later than the 30 minutes grace period I let him know about what time I’d return, no reply.
@KINGGGE_ additional mileage invoice. I took his no response as though he didn’t have a problem with the late return and never imagined receiving all these extra charges.
@KINGGGE_ late, ask the host if the car is available for extension, and submit a request for extension if it is. Hosts are supposed to, upon being notified of late return, suggest that I submit a request for extension. The extension would have included enough miles to have avoided the
@KINGGGE_ I dropped the vehicle off, let him know then 10 minutes later I my card gets charged a full additional day plus a mileage overage invoice. In reading the terms and conditions, mind you there are a set for hosts and guests, my responsibility is to let the host know I’m running
@KINGGGE_ I recently returned a rental car 92 days past the return date. They are saying I owe $11,856. After having dropped the vehicle off I received a DEMAND FOR RETURN OF LATE VEHICLE. The letter isn’t dated, states the pickup date and says the current balance is $500 because the
@KINGGGE_ vehicle is 10 days late. The UPS label was it was generated 8/3. That being said regardless of the pickup date that on 8/3 they are saying the vehicle is only 10 days past due and balance due is $500. Am I on the hook for the $11,856 or do I fight it to pay $500?
@JonahDispatch@Uber@BretBaier Being an Uber Driver I can tell you Uber is ripping us off. Recently I’ve had several riders who’ve paid almost 100% or more for their ride, meanwhile I’ve only made 2-3 extra dollars on the trip. A typical $78 ride I asked cost the rider $186 and I was paid $80.
@Uber a big FU to uber for sending out a $40 per ride promotion taking riders from the FIFA World Cup game in Arlington. Been here since 6:30 and only received one ride request for just outside the zone, as I was just outside the zone for 2 seconds while moving across the zone.
@QuantumGuard17 “So let’s take half truths, spun information, leaked information and then spin it……” so he’s admitting they have been releasing the half truths and the spun information from the get go!!!
@tedcruz God man when will you learn to keep your mouth shut and quit spewing distrust and villainizing the opposing party. It’s not a very good look for such an evil looking person to begin with…
@RedWavePress And what about energy independence. I thought we didn’t rely on fuels from around the world. Why not just crank up US production then and bring our prices back down…
@SenJohnKennedy I’d like to say a big F*** YOU to your privileged ass who will never live a day anywhere close to the poverty limits and how dare you even consider those amounts paid out by the government as income. Your rich fat ass needs to have several seats sir!
