I’m not a fan of a cold face or fogged goggles when skiing but my @SalomonSports #Photochromic goggles didn’t have the magnetic integration that @burtonsnowboard #Anon_MFI goggles and masks do. So I modified my goggles. https://t.co/Ob27GPHFly

Adding magnets at the same points of the closest fitting MFI Keeper, surface mounted. An Anon Goggle is obviously going to be a more perfect fit but @SalomonSports was the only one I found with a wide range #photochromic_lens hence the hack.

Used the @fatmap app for the first time at @SkiLouise a couple days ago. Very convenient for tracking your runs down the slopes. Didn’t use it to track where I was on the mountain but I think that’s possible in the maps section. Being able to share adventures is cool.

Spent my first full day at @SkiLouise yesterday. Mixed feelings on a couple of green runs that felt more like chutes once so got stuck on them. Saw at least 2 people carted down the slopes by #SkiPatrol, hope they’re ok or will be.

Overall enjoyable for the first full day on any ski hill in years. Would not recommend SkiOut to anyone… it’s more suited for snowmobiles but appeared to be the only way back to the base from the Paradise chair. ski and learn

Powder areas were nice and not too many icy spots
