What is the “National Council (NCAJ) on the Administration of Justice?” What’s its relationship with the JSC? Whom does it report to? To whom is it accountable? Who are its members? When were they appointed? Who appointed them? What are their qualifications?

Was the NCAJ set up to fight corruption? If so, what’s its track record to date?

Why shouldn’t institutions established to fight corruption such as @EACCKenya, @DCI_Kenya and @ODPP_KE do so?

How will this initiative deliver when it hasn’t done anything since it was established?

Kenyans: Let’s be serious. Institutional corruption cannot be fought and eliminated through ad hoc and politically weaponized mechanisms.

Corruption isn’t rampant in Kenya (in all arms of government and all sectors of Kenya) because of lack of policies or laws!

We must choose whether we want to be a constitutional democracy or a banana republic. Let’s quit being naive or stupid!
