Brilliant example of what we do at OTB.

Despite coming off a brilliant season, Patrick had minimal opportunities. Our showcase was a fantastic platform to showcase his level and how he is off to a top D1 program!

Patrick is one of the best examples of our process at OTB. Patrick came on our radar back in September as a player we felt had a lot of potential and could be a great fit for our showcase. As Patrick’s season finished, we began conversations with him on our showcase and what we believed we could offer him.

Once we got Patrick to the showcase, he was a top level performer and impressed the coaching staff at Seattle University over the event. He now gets the opportunity to showcase himself in a top level conference at the division I level. So happy for Patrick and grateful he believed in us!

My latest podcast episode on the @OTBPathways podcast with OGC Nice and Canadian national team player Moise Bombito is now available.

His story is as improbable as it seems. Going from playing junior college, which is considered the 4th tier or 5th of college football/soccer to playing for a team in the Europa League in 4 years is unbelievable.

Whatever avenue of life of your pursuing, this episode is well worth the listen as it can teach you about the importance of self belief and work ethic in achieving your goals and helping become the best version of yourself.

Been having to watch and analyze players when they are first exposed to football in bigger spaces (7v7) in my new position. Will say it teaches you a lot about players natural decision making tendencies and actions before they are exposed to more advanced principles and coaching of how to play football.

Curious to how it compares to other places across the world.

I’ve followed and analyzed the USL2 playoffs closely over the past 2 weeks. I published an article highlighting the top 5 players that should be on the radar of coaches and scouts at the professional level from the final 3 rounds of the USL2 playoffs.
