Another one off the bench today. Brisket carving set, cutting edge 10”, beveled right to the top. Handles are cherry beech and unknown swamp timber from Taupo, carbon dated to older than my mother in law (2000+ years). G10 collars and spacers. Sold for $400NZ (£200)

Lovely 6” filleter/trimming knife off the bench today. The handle is ringed Gidgee with red and black g10 collar and pins. This would retail at $200 or $260 New Zealand dollars with sheath.
