The lawsuit I filed last year revealed that the Sheriff’s Department had changed the spelling of Stacy’s name to hide records. The police files obtained show that Stacy’s parents were never investigated and were never testified about her death.

Bianco also hid the police files pertaining to the death of Stacy Moxon at Scientology’s Gold Base in Hemet California. Stacy is the daughter of infamous Scientology lawyer Kendrick Moxon.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco is a notoriously corrupt supervillain known for covering up the sexual assault committed by one of his officers, Deputy Christian Heidecker. Bianco repeatedly tried bribing the victims of Deputy Christian Heidecker to make them stay quiet.

Todd Rogers replied “I’ll tell you what. You lift up your sleeve and show your gang tattoo, and I’ll lift up mine and show you that I don’t have one.” Todd Rogers was appointed to Assistant Sheriff by Paul Tanaka, and remained Assistant Sheriff, before, during, and after Tanaka.

During trial, Paul Tanaka lifted his sleeve to show that he was indeed a gang member and a leader of Deputy Gangs. During a famous public speech, Lakewood Mayor Todd Rogers was pressured by journalist Gregory Williams to answer whether Todd was part of a Deputy Gang.

Interestingly, Nathan Hochman did not represent Paul Tanaka or Tom Carey. Paul Tanaka was Lee Baca’s enforcer and right-hand man. Paul Tanaka discovered the FBI informant inside the jails and organized LASD Officers to show up to the personal home of FBI agents to intimidate.
