You can't massacre 1200 people, drag 260 hostages with you then cry when the military of that country comes knocking. Yes Hamas is militarily much weaker than the IDF. That has no bearing on its legality.

Most of Palestine was Ottoman state land. After they collapsed Britain controlled it. I know Arabs imagine they owned it all. Not reality.
