Alright its been a hot min since I posted something been busy with school but here is a Beet salad we made for a Banquet

Its a combination of Roasted, Pickled, and Purée Beets with Dill oil and Fromage Blanc (fancy word for cheese 😂)

As promised wild rice dumplings completely gluten free sadly could not get the dough to strech to a no. 2 setting on a pasta roller it started to crack
