As promised wild rice dumplings completely gluten free sadly could not get the dough to strech to a no. 2 setting on a pasta roller it started to crack
Currently in Food Research class been making dumplings, we are im groups so if you see any Rustic looking ones thats why π
All jokes aside mad respect for people that can pleat dumplings and make it look so easy it was tedious AF

Ya boi just got picked to do an in school competition again last years winners are in different teams now. I will say the teams are fairly even in skills this will be another good "shokugeki" cant wait we get 1 month of practice and planning our menu π₯π₯π₯
