@Qantas The actual staff were great, just the set up for checking in 3 international flights with minimum check in staff was stressful, especially for the people with children who could not do online check in.

A hangry toddler in the queue for an hour and a half waiting to check in. Boarding ends at 11.30 and we still have to get through security in Melbourne Airport. Great service from @Qantas ..lots of stressed passengers thanks to lack of staff!

When you’re standing at the @Morrisons party shop for 20mins but no staff turn up after 3 call outs…. “Oh I don’t think there is any staff in!” - no managers available either apparently. Not good enough. Put up a sign and say it’s closed due to staff shortage. #WasteOfTime 🙄
