@CoachSebe@markesw0w Competitive Esports is not suppose to be easy. Adding weight to the importance of adaptability makes the game all the more interesting. Those that can't adapt quick enough should and will be left in the dust.
Three ways to contribute to your team's success:
1. Give your best individual effort.
2. Be a great teammate and leader.
3. Support and improve your team's culture.

Without an audience will probably look a little weird but that's ok!
We are in a new era of Valorant. Not because of patch changes or new agents, but the way the game is played.
This has been building up over the year but it is finally taking a clear form. 2022 will be very exciting.
@SideshowGaming EMEA teams especially were too far the other side of the spectrum in prev tournaments too.
Too much setup and micro plays, not good enough when it comes to loose, protocol-esque plays.
EMEA found the sweet spot inbetween and NA doubled down
The most important ability is availability. As an athlete, one of your highest priorities should be to stay physically and mentally healthy, because if youโre injured or burnt out, nothing else matters.
Ranked and Scrims/Tournaments are 2 very different things.
Ranked rewards mechanics more than team play because team play does not exist like it does in an organized setting.
Scrims/Tournaments you're able to take your team play to the highest level and punish solo plays.
Crazy Statistic: Cloud9 Vs. Team Liquid in #VALORANTChampions
Cloud9 had 30 first bloods according to VLR. 30! They lost for the lack of general team play. Solo battles. Hero plays.
Your rank games won't be won by ego peeks and first bloods, but more so by team play.
