Mccoy #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

That's a great point mr b and Alecia. One if my kids had behavior issues, but it was bc he couldn't see. Glasses fixed everything :) #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

I agree Carl. I feel like I don't know as many interventions for this area #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

I have the link on my school computer, I can share it monday #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

There's a site that creates behavior contracts and behavior goals based on student needs. It also tracks progress. ... #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

We already do the tier 1 interventions mentioned through PBIS #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

They don't always know if they're getting bigger or smaller, so they struggle to select operations. #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

Agreed @mccorycarl88 they can't apply the operation. I think they struggle to identify what the word problem asks as well... #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

Carl, that could've why they struggle with word problems too, bc they don't understand the operations. #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

No Jackie, just how kids can't always understand distance between #s, and that's why they struggle #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

I agree Carl, but sometimes it's best not to reinvent the wheel :) #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

I found the skip counting practice section on p111 helpful as well. That's an area of concern in 2nd grade a lot #kespl

[Christina p @CupcakeTeacher]

I did mr. B. I like how they are leveled for the different tiers. #kespl
