@VladTheInflator I did CS for a major U.S. hm builder 30yrs ago. We did everything they marked, for as long as the home was under warranty, & even over 10 years in some cases. We knocked on doors of an entire Condo Tract over mold issues caused by the workers not doing their job. We got it done!
