West Jet Management- where is your contingency plan? Cancel flights and none added. The numbers mean that people are waiting for days to get home. Four days and still waiting for our own bed.

West Jet- the biggest issue. Not enough customer service to help people in crisis without flights going home. Five hour waits on hold and same at the airport. What happened to booking people on the next flight out? #westjetdobetter

More information- sent to Orlando from LAX because of lack of crew and flight cancellations. Two days later - canceled flight to Halifax due to lack of crew. We waited in line for 5 hours for a one day hotel voucher, yet we can not leave for 2 days.

Oh West Jet so many frustrations. 1 vacation - 2 canceled flights. 3 different hotels, 4 days delayed, 5 hours in line
6 useless meal vouchers, 7 donuts shared and WE are still not home!
