India and Singapore are exploring a 2,000 MW power link.
One option: a 3,000 km line from Imphal via Myanmar, Thailand and Malaysia.
It would cover about a third of Singapore’s goal of importing 6 GW of low-carbon power by 2035.
But no cost, timeline or feasibility study is public yet.

Scindia on Starlink: “India doesn’t allow monopoly in any sector.” Three companies already hold satcom licences: Starlink, Jio Satcom and OneWeb. They can start only after meeting security conditions, and spectrum will be given once the government finalises the pricing. Licence is not launch.
Quality came first. He saw that many farmers’ chrysanthemums didn’t last long, so he focused on durability. He added a cold chain, and a wholesaler says his flowers last up to seven days. When COVID hit, he looked beyond Bengaluru and began selling across India. Now he harvests 1,500 bunches a week. The number most posts skip: Rs 7 lakh a month is what comes in, and monthly expenses are about Rs 3-3.5 lakh. He didn’t just grow flowers. He ran a business. The soil was the same for everyone. The system was his.
An electronics engineer in Bengaluru was expected to join a tech company, like his classmates. He chose flowers. In 2013 he took over his cousin’s rose farm. In 2018 he put Rs 15 lakh into a polyhouse and 12,000 gerbera plants. Farming is uncertain, and few people expect it to beat an IT salary. Today his farm, Lohith Flora, sells chrysanthemums across India. So what did he do that most flower farmers didn’t?
@PoliticalKida If the video confirms the timeline, that’s a serious credibility problem. In politics, facts have a nasty habit of showing up on camera...
