Whole body scans for all could be done every 10 years even, until we scale up scanners.

@elonmusk Have you considered the amount it would add to climate change, with the amount of hydrocarbon gases exhausted into the atmosphere to set it up? How long is the ROI? Can we afford it, keeping within the habitable environments carbon budget?

Maybe uplinks should also be sent to Russia? To give Russians uncensored access to the reality of the situation, expose Putin's propaganda. The propaganda seems a big deal to him.
Also can uplinks be put in a receiver only mode? As to not be detected.
