Today we celebrate the achievements of the Archbishop Curley Class of 2026.
This graduating class earned 423 college acceptances to 51 colleges and universities and received more than $23 million in scholarships and merit aid. Their paths forward reflect the many opportunities available to Curley men, with graduates pursuing four year and two year institutions, military service, and skilled trades.
Congratulations to the Class of 2026. We are proud of your accomplishments and excited to see all that you will achieve in the years ahead.
Curley is pleased to announce that Archbishop Lori has appointed Mr. Kenneth Pipkin as the next principal of Archbishop Curley High School, effective July 1, 2026.
Since 2021, Mr. Pipkin has served Curley as Assistant Principal of Academics and Faculty Development, providing strong leadership in academics, professional development, and curriculum. Deeply rooted in his Catholic faith and committed to Curley’s Franciscan mission, Mr. Pipkin is well prepared to lead our school community in this new role.
Mr. Pipkin will succeed Mr. Jeremy Joseph, who has been appointed as the school’s next president.
Please join us in congratulating Mr. Pipkin and praying for him as he begins this next chapter of service to Archbishop Curley High School.
Archbishop Curley High School proudly congratulates two members of the Class of 2030 on being named 2026 Knott Scholarship Scholars.
Paul Hart, a graduate of St. Michael–St. Clement School, and Thomas Cudjoe II, a graduate of Archbishop Borders School, have each been awarded the prestigious Knott Scholarship to attend Archbishop Curley High School.
These scholarships, funded by the Marion Burk Knott Scholarship Fund and the Marion I. and Henry J. Knott Scholarship Fund, provide four years of full tuition at the Catholic school of each scholar’s choosing.
Archbishop Curley High School is honored to welcome Paul and Thomas to the Curley Brotherhood and celebrates their outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and promise for the future.
Congratulations to Michael Southard, an outstanding senior, on earning the prestigious Banneker/Key Scholarship at the University of Maryland, College Park! Awarded to around 50 incoming freshmen, this highly competitive scholarship covers full tuition, room, board, and fees and includes admission to the Honors College, where Michael plans to study electrical engineering.
Receiving this scholarship paves the way for Michael's academic and career goals, as it provides him with a free, yet prestigious education. It also validates the time and hard work he invested in not only his life, but also his school community.
Michael is grateful for the support of his parents, the foundation for his motivation. Not only have they supported him, but they have also provided him with a Catholic education. Michael is also grateful for the support of his teachers, especially Mrs. Wysocki, who helped spark a passion for engineering. Michael encourages younger peers to work hard, stay involved, and embrace opportunities to grow as leaders.

Cornerstone Day will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Each year, the Curley Family commemorates the ceremonial laying and blessing of the cornerstone on April 17, 1962 by Archbishop Lawrence Shehan. This tradition offers an opportunity to reflect on our history and to recognize those individuals who continue to serve as “cornerstones” of Archbishop Curley High School.
The day includes a special Mass as we pray for all members of the Curley Family, especially those whose prayers, dedication, and generosity sustain the Curley Mission. During this celebration, we will also honor members of our community who embody the spirit and values of Curley.
In that same spirit, Cornerstone Day is a meaningful opportunity to recognize a faculty member who has made a lasting impact. A gift to The Cornerstone Fund for Faculty Enrichment is a thoughtful way to honor those who shape the Curley experience while supporting opportunities for their continued growth and excellence in the classroom.
Our Cornerstone Day Honorees represent the heart of the Curley Family. Through their service, generosity, and commitment, they continue to strengthen the foundation of our school and its mission.
We also invite members of the Curley Family to show their Curley Pride by sharing photos of themselves in their Curley gear. Photos can be emailed to [email protected].
