@blaing99@fasselin94@TeamGushue Even the greats make mistakes. Anyone remember 2009 men's world championship? Also, let's all be nice to the people watching on TV, they help pay the bills.😉
@blaing99@curling Thanks for the kind words. Be sure to listen to the latest Rock Logic podcast where @Guertez, @Hall_Curls44 and I dig in further. Have to get you on the panel next time and a future CSI episode. https://t.co/qlqB03Ci58
@ShaneRyanHere Question @ShaneRyanHere what do you consider a “blow out”. Golf Channel used the term “lopsided” In these team events, a single match impacts 2 points (not one). For example, losing 18-12 is only a loss of 3 matches, (not 6). Is losing 3 matches out of 30 a blowout?
Not Gen Z but the most difficult part of Zach Lowe being let go is the de-emphasis on what makes sports so great. Listening to experts who are passionate and intelligent about what they study will always trump a hot take constructed to get a rise out of a ton of people.
After 12 extraordinary years, today is my last day to work at CBS Sports.
That is a surprisingly difficult thing for me to type. It has been a dream job in so many different ways.
I will write more about that experience and what's next for me in the Normal Sport newsletter starting tomorrow.

❤️ you all.

@NoLayingUp Interesting how team events often considered “lopsided” victory. 18 1/2 and 11 1/2 is 3.5 matches - not 7 (a match scores 1 but also takes a potential point away from an opponent). Maybe they should count total holes won instead of matches? https://t.co/Wq82Jv837S
@Super70sSports My first response is Joey Browner. Then I think of another dozen greats. Shout out to this legend who has not been mentioned. Left the game early and kept most of his scruples intact.
.@BillSimmons, @ChrisRyan77, and @SeanFennessey travel all the way to Charlestown to see the toughest team in the Federal League after rewatching the 1977 film ‘Slap Shot’ on @TheRewatchables.
