@PureGym are absolute thieves!! Cancelled my membership over 3months ago in writing but they have continued to take payments. Repeated communication with the customer service department who refuse to reimburse the money they have taken!! Absolute joke of company!!

@PureGym @PureGym you are wrong! It was not advised to me 3 months ago! I did it in writing as that was the communication method stated in the contract. I didn’t cancel my DD as I assumed there would be a final payment to be made and then PureGym would cancel.
