@JumpPlus please explain to me why I was charged a $15 plus tax restocking fee on a $39.99 item to honour the warranty on a charger that lasted 6 months. Box says one year warranty! Outrageous!

@mdhiggs I did one. Not my thing at all. Cost efficient way to see a little in a number of places- but too crowded for me- and upscale cafeteria food. Think about it- thousands of people on a boat. I am also uncomfortable with how the industry takes advantage of their employees.

@RayDoesData Its helpful to show examples of how poor data representations can lead to poor decision making…. Get folks to role play management trying to make decisions based on varying levels ( worst to best) of data presentation… it really hits home as to the why it’s important
