Regarding LeBron's free agency:
Cleveland- Are we really taking it back there for a THIRD time??? Also, the fit for LeBron is not ideal by any stretch of the imagination. Been there, done that. By far the most boring of all the options on the table.
Miami- If we're talking about legacy this isn't the move. Teaming up with what is already considered the best eastern conference team, maybe aside from the Knicks. LeBron doesn't really have a relationship with Giannis, again, been there, done that.
Sixers- No hate but do you really wanna be in Philly for an entire season? Solid roster, but lots of personalities on the team already. No year round golf. Let's move on.
Minnesota- Some good roster depth, not too sure about a trio of LeBron, Ant and Lamelo. That doesn't move me much. Also, in regards to the glitz and glam of potentially documenting the season, not sure Minny is the place to do that. Not sold on the roster matchup. Feels boring.
Denver- The fit is there on the Nuggets. A pairing of LeBron and Jokic could really pose a threat in the west. Not really sold on their depth however. Can only offer vet min. Not a flashy move that LeBron has been known for.
Golden State- Roster would need some retooling, which may be in the works already. Older core, but with a few offseason moves the roster can get some young legs into the mix quickly. Playing with friends like Steph and Draymond, the pairing of Steph and LeBron, the sheer star power alone would sellout arenas every night and demand nearly every game to be nationally televised(or close to it). Perfect storyline, let's see if the OG's can give the new gen a run for their money. Would easily demand top dollar for tv studios looking to document LeBron's last run. Warriors able to offer the most money. Incredible franchise, more than equipped for all the star power. Golf in the Bay year round, with Steph as well. Only knock on GS is the roster. My guess is when they make their pitch, there will be some promises of a few additional moves to bring in some reinforcements. If that happens, Golden State imo makes the most sense for LeBron.
@PayneMasaitis You do realize that you gave up second round picks. The 30th overall pick of this years draft and a pick that is top 20 protected for AD right? Do you really expect to get this years 11th overall pick and two valuable future FRPs in return lmao?
