@Karee_On I have often said Ncb is the worst bank in Jamaica. I dont even bother closing my account. I just draw out my money and the bit left they can now classify as dormant cause i will never go back after the treatment my elderly parents anf I got at that horrible place

@MsGillyJ Pardon me that should be Fedex and not Western Union as I had indicated in my earlier tweet. Yep u have to give the consulate in Antigua the Fedex money to send your completed Life certificate in the diplomatic bag.

@MsGillyJ @JCKNIGHT2 Yes but I hope anyone sending from Antigua knows that you have to pay the consulate the same money as you would Western Union to send that certificate in the bag. It is not free. Just a point to note.

More vaccine centres needed for St Catherine. All I'm hearing on the radio today is visit Portmore Heart Academy. I dont believe we can all go there and many persons want to take the vax but Portmore is far for some of us.

NCB Spanish Town Branch needs to do better where the elderly are concerned. No seats on the outside while they wait and there is no senior citizens' line. Whe de poor old people dem ago do - stand up till dem faint or dead. No man, something must be done. unnuh do better.

I believe NCB Spanish Town needs more customer service reps. Been there since 9 am this morning waiting to see customer service. Just got to see a rep at 3 pm.. Just to get a debit card for my elderly father.
