🏆 Resident Evil Requiem has been nominated for two major Japanese gaming awards.

Released on February 27, 2026, Resident Evil Requiem became the best-selling game of the first half of the year and has now started its awards season.

🏅At the Japan Horror Game Award 2026, the game received three nominations:
▪️ Game of the Year
▪️ Survival Horror Award
▪️ Best Creature Design for The Girl

Resident Evil Requiem is also in the running at the Japan Game Awards 2026, one of Japan's most prestigious gaming awards with support from Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

📅Public voting is open from June 12 to July 17, with the winners announced in September.

🏆 The game's awards journey is only just beginning. Next up are the Gamescom Awards in August, followed by The Game Awards 2026 in December.
