I am saddened by the passing of Jack Semones. He was a Dallas Y legend who paved the way for Camp T’Sungani to provide kids with a close-to-home camping experience. It’s where I started my Y journey. Jack was one of a kind. Read more about him: https://t.co/daX8KHEPQo
Had a great time at the launch of one of our Mobile Y units called the "Tech Hub". I'm excited to see more kids have access to STEM education, esports, recreational activities, and more through our mobile Y trucks.
We are so thrilled to have unveiled our 1st mobile Y unit, the Tech Hub! It’s an interactive learning environment filled with STEM education, gaming and more. The 2nd unit (Rec Hub) is coming soon and will provide recreational sports and board games.

"Now more than ever it is not just required that people and organizations move toward not being racist, but they must actively seek to be anti-racist." https://t.co/OdW13Z5akn
I believe we can create communities where Black and brown people flourish, reach their fullest potential and refuse to accept anything less. The Y is committing to being anti-racist by deepening our understanding of race, unconscious bias and privilege https://t.co/euzn1OEJoU
@YMCADallas president/CEO @CurtHazelbaker shares how the Y strives to “be for all, all the time” & is building a future where Black lives matter — where ppl flourish & reach their full potential & skin color isn’t an indicator of well-being #whatmovesyou https://t.co/nYft4kVlFe
During this crisis, the Y has provided emergency child care, food distribution, blood drives, and connected with youth and seniors. For 135 years, the Y has served NTX and thanks to you, we’ll keep serving...together & stronger.

I have seen a lot over my YMCA career, but nothing like the COVID-19 crisis. What remains during trying times, is how YMCA Staff, Volunteers & members always step up to do what is necessary to serve our community in a time of need. https://t.co/HhsQoNPTC0
