Update the news on my package coming from Virginia. It finally made it to Iowa. It took 10 days. It spent 5 days in Ohio. I think FedEx needs to look into this location why it takes so long for a package to get out. At this point I don't think I'll using FedEx for quite a while

I hope FedEx is listening. I had a package come from Virginia and it's been stuck in Grove City Ohio for 5 days. It seems online a lot of packages get delayed or lost at this facility. Some customers are calling like a black hole to avoid your package going through this city. I called FedEx, talked to a representative and their answer was that I needed to get a hold of the shipper and have them get a hold of FedEx for a claim. I don't understand why FedEx is letting us continue a lot of the postings worth two 3-4 years old that this place terrible
