@tapportugalair this voucher and the final straw is they did not book as requested and are now trying to rip us off on baggage charges. I am now going to lodge a complaint with the CAA and the EU about this Airline. Do not to accept any voucher offers.

@tapportugalair TAP - Try Another Plane - The Customer Service of this Airline is a disgrace. After battling to obtain Compensation under EU Rule 261 TAP finally accepted Liability. I made the BIG MISTAKE of accepting a Voucher for EUR 600 TAP have made it so difficult to use
