@janafalls @nanakaren11 @CBCKatie The gov does not have the knowledge or infrastructure to trace the transactions. If its funded in crypto, that crypto can be distributed and each receiver can liquidate on their own terms. Proving that it came from a particular fund before its spent is impossible.
