Seen a few posts today on our match be ing called off … all centred around why @Romseytownfc1 didn’t go red jet or travel from Portsmouth… for me the issue is why does @WessexLeague continue to arrange away fixtures in this period … we need a conversation on this subject

this is not possible for most .. Cowes week and the ferry is broken .. surely common selnse prevails and the fixture is resheduled .. as other away to the mainland IOW fixtures have been !!

Unfortunately there was a break-in at the club last night.

Pool table has been broken. Money, spirits and tools have been stolen. Our CCTV cameras have been damaged.

It has been reported to @RomseyPolice.

If anyone has a pool table to donate, it would be greatly appreciated.

The first team and development squad were back tonight as we started preparations for the new season.

Preseason starts this Tuesday 21st and we are looking at building on a strong 2nd half of the season performance

We blooded a lot of young players and keen to carry that on this year to give them chances in Open Age and u23 football
